(TORONTO, October 22, 2026) – Mississauga’s mayoral race has become a three-way race with four days to go, a new Pallas Data poll has found.
Among decided and leaning voters, Parrish sits at 30% (-4%), while Crombie has 28% (+3%) and Tedjo comes in with 27% (+6%). Ward 7 Councillor Dipika Damerla has dropped to 7% (-7%).
“It’s been a long time since I’ve seen results this close with the election only four days away,” said Dr. Joseph Angolano, Founder and CEO of Pallas Data.
“It’s a dead heat with four days to go and this will be settled by which team has the better get-out-the-vote operation”.
Fewer voters are undecided than three weeks ago. Among all respondents, 16% have not picked a candidate, which is down from 28% since the last time we polled.
Among all voters, Parrish is at 25%, Crombie at 24%, and Tedjo at 23%. After undecided voters are asked which way they lean, 11% still have no preference.
“These voters who still have to make up their mind between now and Monday may hold the cards as to who will win,” said Angolano.
The Demographics
Parrish leads Crombie by seven points among men. Among women, she is in a statistical tie with Tedjo and Crombie, but is third at 26%. Crombie and Tedjo are tied there at 29%
Voters aged 18 to 34 put Tedjo first with 29%. Parrish has 27% and Crombie 25%. Another candidate gets 12% in this group, more than in any other age bracket, and 19% of younger voters are undecided, also the highest of any age group.
Parrish leads Tedjo 31% to 29% among voters aged 35 to 49. Crombie’s best group is voters 65 and older, where she leads Parrish by about three points. Damerla also does best with seniors, at 10%.
“Tedjo has built his support with younger voters and with women. Parrish still leads among men, and that’s what’s keeping her in first,” Angolano said.
Methodology
The analysis in this report is based on results of a survey conducted October 20-21, 2026, among a sample of 508 adults 18 years of age or older, living in Mississauga and eligible to vote in municipal elections. The survey used live call agents and automated telephone interviews (IVR) on landlines and cellular phones. The sample was weighted by age, gender, and region according to the 2021 Census. The poll’s margin of error is +/- 4.3% at the 95% confidence level. Margins of error are higher in each subsample. Totals may not add up to 100% due to rounding.
