Chow led in every Pallas poll from March to election day, and our final survey captured the late shift as Bradford\u2019s mid-October gains faded and Chow\u2019s lead grew from 6 points to 10.

Our final poll also explained the result. Torontonians were not happy. 48% were dissatisfied with Chow\u2019s performance and 50% with the City Council. Undecided voters were the most negative, with 58% dissatisfied with the mayor. But that dissatisfaction did not translate into a vote for change.
